Our plan worked last round. Ashley was completely blindsided. I actually felt a little bit bad about it, because when her and I talked I actually liked her. Not to mention the fact I lied straight to her face about the vote.
Once again I had an epic fail in the immunity challenge. I just can't seem to get on the winning side of things, even if I try. At least this challenge was absolutely luck based, so it isn't like I lacked the skills to win immunity. Oh well, just another tribal council where I'm vulnerable. Go figure.
Alina came to me last night, and was paranoid as all shit, because she got the second lowest score in the challenge. She was worried that for whatever reason she was being targetted, and atributed her paranoia to the fact that last round was the first time Ashley was vulnerable at tribal council and she left, and this is Alina's first time being vulnerable.
I tried reassuring her that she'd be okay, even though I knew she was our groups target, and promised that I wouldn't vote her out. She told me she promised not to vote me out either, and if she heard my name come up, she'd let me know. I told her I'd do the same. Then a little bit later on, she asked me if I'd be down for voting out James, because that is what the majority wanted. Uhm, considering James is one of my closest allies in this game, of course I'm not going to send my vote his way, at least not yet. But, I played stupid, and agreed to her little plan.
When James came on though I informed him of what Alina was trying to do, but reassured him we had the votes to do whatever we wanted, and told him not to make a big scene about things. Unfortunately he failed at that request, and caused a big stir at tribal council about it. At least he didn't out me as being the source, but rather outed Kel. If I survive this round, I'm going to have to make sure to start distancing myself from James a little bit. He obviously proved last night that he is a loose cannon, and if I survive, I don't want to go down on his sinking ship, because he's going to start being a target.
People started coming to me and asking me what the plan was for tonight's vote. I never make up my mind completely as to what to do during tribal council until the 12 hours to use our necklaces are up, because as tonight showed, people start hearing their name come up, and get all paranoid, and then you totally have to switch game plans.
I just let people know that I assumed if either Sydney or Alina didn't use their necklace, than one of them would get the vote. If both of them did I was open to possibilities, but was leaning toward an Andrea or Ethan vote. Personally, these two are doing nothing for my game, and I've barely spoken to either of them, so they are the two I'm most willing to cut ties with at this point if it can't be Monica, Syd, or Alina. People seemed in agreement that if the girls used their necklace, we'd do an Andrea vote. That's completely fine with me.
I had to chuckle at the events that had happened at tribal council. With James calling out Alina, and outing Kel as his source. Then James, Syd, and Alina all used their necklaces this round. Awesome, the three biggest targets this round are all safe. To me that just means Andrea is going.
Then I find out that the other side is targetting me this round. How fucking foolish. I've yet to be immune at tribal council, so I'm coming off as not even remotely a challenge threat, even though I pull my own weight in the group challenges. Then not to mention out of everyone else in the group, I'm the one that is nicest to both Alina and Monica. If I get a bunch of votes this round at tribal council, but survive I'm going to be a bitch on fucking wheels, because I've gotten no message from Alina that my name was coming out of people's mouths.
Normally I wouldn't worry, I don't really mind taking the minority vote bullet. But, I'm not sure that it'd be a minority. Their is a very good chance that I could be voted out tonight.
I definitely don't think Nate, Jaime, James, Kel, and Crystal will vote me out. I'm obviously not self-voting. I thought I'd built up a good enough relationship with Tyson to where he wouldn't want to vote me out right now. Then based on the fact Crystal, Tyson, and Tom are alligned, I wouldn't think that threesome would be voting for me. That would give me eight votes to stay, and the majority is nine. But then if Alina holds up to her word and doesn't vote me out then it'd at least tie. I'm also not sure if Ben would vote me out at this point, but I don't know where he stands, so it could very well be a possibility.
I wouldn't put it past Shane, Sarah, Syd, Monica, Ethan, Colby, Alina, Andrea, and Ben to all band together and take me out tonight. If that does happen it'll be an absolute shame, because I'm so dedicated to this game. Here is to hoping for the best, and another round in this game.
